摘  要:为解决现有人台手臂尺寸不标准、易变形、活动不便等问题,利用正、逆向混合建模技术和快速成型技术设计并制作出一种可活动式男体立裁人台手臂。基于三维扫描仪获取人体手臂点云数据,利用Geomagic及ZBrush软件重构手臂模型,采用Solidworks软件设计肩关节连接件,依托快速成型技术实现手臂模型雕刻、关节模型打印、连接片激光切割,并对自制人台手臂与市场上现有的产品进行对比分析。结果表明,自制人台手臂不仅保证了尺寸的准确性,还能够模拟人体手臂前后摆动、上下抬起的基础动作,满足了袖身设计时的活动性需求,可为人台生产企业提供技术参考。In order to solve the existing problems such as non-standard size,easy deformation and inconvenient movement of the arm of dress form,a movable arm of male dress form was designed and manufactured by using forward and reverse hybrid modeling technology and rapid prototyping technology.According to the point cloud data of human arm obtained by 3D scanner,the arm model was reconstructed by Geomagic and ZBrush software.The shoulder joint connectors were designed by Solidworks software.Then the arm model engraving,joint model printing and connection piece laser cutting were realized by rapid prototyping technology.Finally,the self-made arm of dress form was compared and analyzed with the existing products in the market.The result shows that the self-made arm of dress form not only ensures the accuracy of the size,but also can simulate the basic movements of the human arm swinging back and forth and lifting up and down,which meets the requirements of mobility in sleeve design and provides technical reference for mannequin manufacturing enterprises.
