摘　　要：阐述跨文化护理自我效能的概念,介绍跨文化护理自我效能的测量工具,分析护生跨文化护理自我效能的现状及进展,并在国内外相关研究成果的基础上提出未来跨文化护理自我效能相关研究的发展方向。This paper expounds the concept and introduces the assessment tools of cross-cultural nursing self-efficacy,and analyzes the current situation and progress of cross-cultural nursing self-efficacy in nursing students.Based on the research results at home and abroad,this paper also proposes the development direction of future research on cross-cultural nursing self-efficacy.
