儿童青少年手机依赖与抑郁的关系:父母婚姻关系的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中国儿童青少年手机依赖与抑郁之间的双向预测关系,以及父母婚姻关系在二者之间的调节作用。方法:采用抑郁量表、手机依赖指数量表和父母婚姻关系量表对广东省广州市5所中小学四年级至初二年级的学生进行为期1年的纵向追踪研究。结果:①T1抑郁、T1手机依赖、T2抑郁和T2手机依赖两两之间均显著正相关(r=0.22~0.48,P<0.01),T2手机依赖与T1父母婚姻关系显著负相关(r=-0.15,P<0.01);②T1抑郁显著正向预测T2手机依赖(β=0.12,t=2.33,P<0.05),T1手机依赖显著正向预测T2抑郁(β=0.14,t=2.60,P<0.05);③T1父母婚姻关系能显著调节T1抑郁对T2手机依赖的影响(β=-0.48,t=-2.65,P<0.01),但不能调节T1手机依赖对T2抑郁的影响(β=-0.16,t=-1.10,P>0.05)。结论:儿童青少年手机依赖与抑郁之间存在双向预测关系,且父母婚姻关系是抑郁诱发手机依赖的保护性因素。Objective:To explore the bidirectional predictive relationship between mobile phone dependence and depression in children and adolescents, as well as the moderating role of parental marital relationship between them.Methods:Students from grade 4 to grade 8 were recruited in a one-year longitudinal study to complete the Depression Scale, the Mobile Phone Dependence Scale and the Parental Marital Relationship Scale.Results:①There was a significantly positive correlation between T1 depression, T1 mobile phone dependence, T2 depression and T2 mobile phone dependence(r=0.22~0.48,P<0.01),and there was a significantly negative correlation between T2 mobile phone addiction and T1 parental marital relationship(r=-0.15,P<0.01);②T1 depression significantly positively predicted T2 mobile phone addiction(β=0.12,t=2.33,P<0.05),and T1 mobile phone addiction significantly predicted T2 depression(β=0.14,t=2.60,P<0.05);③Parental marital relationship significantly moderated the effect of T1 depression on T2 mobile phone addiction(β=-0.48,t=-2.65,P<0.01),but not the effect of T1 mobile phone addiction on T2 depression(β=-0.16,t=-1.10,P>0.05).Conclusion:There is a bidirectional relationship between mobile phone dependence and depression among children and adolescents,and parental marital relationship can moderate the negative effects of depression on mobile phone addiction.
