摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭亲密度对高职生生涯适应力的影响以及主动性人格、心理资本在两者间的作用机制。方法:采用家庭亲密度量表、生涯适应力量表、主动性人格量表、积极心理资本量表对上海地区7所高职院校1680名高职生进行问卷调查。结果:①家庭亲密度、主动性人格、心理资本和生涯适应力两两变量之间显著正相关。家庭亲密度与主动性人格显著正相关(r=0.599,P<0.001),主动性人格与心理资本显著正相关(r=0.698,P<0.001),心理资本与生涯适应力显著正相关(r=0.808,P<0.001),家庭亲密度与生涯适应力显著正相关(r=0.525,P<0.001),主动性人格与生涯适应力显著正相关(r=0.759,P<0.001);②主动性人格(β=0.598,P<0.001)和心理资本(β=0.115,P<0.001)在家庭亲密度和生涯适应力间的单独中介作用显著;③主动性人格——心理资本在家庭亲密度和生涯适应力间的链式中介作用显著(β=0.533,P<0.001)。结论:家庭亲密度不仅可以通过主动性人格和心理资本的独立中介作用影响生涯适应力,还可以通过主动性人格——心理资本的链式中介效应影响生涯适应力。Objective:To explore the influence of family cohesion on career adaptability of vocational students and the mechanism of proactive personality and psychological capital.Methods:A total of 1680 vocational college students from 7 vocational colleges in Shanghai were investigated by using family cohesion scale,career adaptability scale,proactive personality scale and positive psychological capital scale.Results:①The four variables(family cohesion,proactive personality,psychological capital and career adaptability)were significantly positively correlated with each other.Family cohesion was positively correlated with proactive personality(r=0.599,P<0.001);Proactive personality was positively correlated with psychological capital(r=0.698,P<0.001);Psychological capital was positively correlated with career adaptability(r=0.808,P<0.001);Family cohesion was positively correlated with career adaptability(r=0.525,P<0.001);Proactive personality was positively correlated with career adaptability(r=0.759,P<0.001).②Proactive personality(β=0.598,P<0.001)and psychological capital(β=0.115,P<0.001)had significantly mediating effect between family cohesion and career adaptability.③Proactive personality and psychological capital played significant chain mediating role between family cohesion and career adaptability(β=0.533,P<0.001).Conclusion:Family cohesion can not only affect career adaptability through the independent mediating effect of proactive personality and psychological capital,but also affect career adaptability through the chain mediating effect of proactive personality and psychological capital.
