新生代农民工领悟社会支持与生活满意度:有调节的中介模型

摘　　要：目的:分析新生代农民工领悟社会支持与生活满意度之间,基本心理需求和抑郁焦虑压力的中介和调节效应。方法:采用偶遇和滚雪球抽样方法,使用领悟社会支持量表、基本心理需求量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表和生活满意度量表对1184名新生代农民工进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 21.0和PROCESS 3.3程序验证有调节的中介模型。结果:领悟社会支持正向预测新生代农民工的生活满意度(β=0.410,t=15.471,P<0.001),亦正向预测基本心理需求(β=0.365,t=13.721,P<0.001);基本心理需求正向预测生活满意度(β=0.186,t=6.205,P<0.001);抑郁焦虑压力和领悟社会支持的交互项对基本心理需求(β=-0.154,t=-5.963,P<0.001)及生活满意度(β=-0.132,t=-4.864,P<0.001)的预测作用显著。结论:领悟社会支持和基本心理需求能促进新生代农民工的生活满意度;抑郁焦虑压力情绪反向调节新生代农民工基本心理需求与生活满意度。Objective:To explore the mediating effect of basic psychological needs and moderating effect of depression-anxiety-stress on perceived social support and life satisfaction of the new generation of migrant workers.Methods:By conveniences sampling and snowball sampling,a total of 1184 new generation of migrant workers were surveyed with Perceived Social Support Scale,Basic Psychological Needs Scale,Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale 21 and Satisfaction with Life Scale.The moderated mediation model was validated using SPSS 21.0 and the PROCESS 3.3.Results:Perceived social support positively predicted the life satisfaction(β=0.410,t=15.471,P<0.001)and the basic psychological needs(β=0.365,t=13.721,P<0.001)of the new generation of migrant workers.Basic psychological needs positively predicted the life satisfaction(β=0.186,t=6.205,P<0.001);The interaction items of depression-anxiety-stress and perceived social support had significant effects on the prediction of basic psychological needs(β=-0.154,t=-5.963,P<0.001)and life satisfaction(β=-0.132,t=-4.864,P<0.001).Conclusion:Perceived social support and basic psychological needs can promote the life satisfaction of new generation of migrant workers.The basic psychological needs and life satisfaction was interfered by depression-anxiety-stress.
