摘 要:为考察红树植物在北移到高纬度地区的生长状况,本研究将福建和浙江的秋茄胚轴引种到上海南汇东滩实验基地进行同质园实验。通过分析不同来源地的秋茄种苗的生长速度、生物量变化、相对生长速率、异速生长等指标,比较两个来源地种苗在上海地区的生长发育过程的差异。实验结果表明:(1)两个来源地的秋茄胚轴及生长15个月后的根、茎、叶、基茎、株高等存在显著差异,且福建种苗在以上指标中显著高于浙江种苗;(2)两个来源地秋茄的相对生长速率差异不显著,但随着季节变化明显。福建种苗的相对生长速率对季节敏感性强,在冬季变缓,而浙江种苗在冬季初期相对生长速率仍在增加,能较好地适应上海的冬季;(3)来自福建和浙江的两种种苗根系的异速生长指数在不同季节间存在显著差异。冬季浙江种苗根系的异速生长指数仍然在增加,即在冬季随着秋茄总生物量的增长,根系生物量的分配增加;而福建种苗的生物量分配策略则与之相反,表明两个来源地的种苗对上海生境表现出了不同的生物量分配策略。本研究结果表明,上海地区从浙江引种的秋茄种苗在冬季的生长趋势优于从福建引种的秋茄种苗,显示出浙江的秋茄种苗在应对上海冬季低温可能具有更好的适应性。To study the growth of mangrove north expand to high latitude regions,a common garden experiment was carried out in Nanhui Dongtan experimental base,Shanghai with the propagule s of Kandelia obovata collected from Fujian and Zhejiang.The development characteristics of the propagule of the two sources was compared by analyzing the biomass changes,relative growth rate,and allometric growth model of K.obovata.Our results show that:(1)The seedlings from Fujian and Zhejiang show significant difference in the growth traits of roots,stems,leaves,basal stems,and plant height.And the seedlings from Fujian is significantly higher than those from Zhejiang.(2)The relative growth rate of the seedlings from Fujian and Zhejiang are not significantly different.However,the growth and development varies greatly with season.The relative growth rate of the seedlings from Fujian is more sensitive to seasonal climate change and declines in winter.While the seedlings from Zhejiang still retains moderate growth rate in early winter.(3)The allometric growth indexes of K.obovata roots from Fujian and Zhejiang are significantly different in different seasons.The allometric growth index of roots of the seedlings from Zhejiang still increases in winter,together with increasing biomass of root,on the contrary to the seedling of Fujian,which implies that the seedlings from the two sources showed different biomass strategies for the Shanghai habitat.In summary,compared with seedlings from Fujian,seedlings from Zhejiang are better fit the habitat of Shanghai in winter.
