摘 要:针对煤矿风井防爆门在爆炸冲击波作用下容易变形问题,设计了双开式防爆门,利用FLUENT软件对瓦斯爆炸流场进行数值模拟,分析防爆门在瓦斯爆炸冲击波作用下的安全可靠性,获得了不同时刻防爆门上的压力分布及其动态响应规律。数值模拟结果表明,CH体积分数9.5%条件下,爆炸冲击波压力为26 kPa时防爆门开始打开,防爆门开度为12°时,压力达到峰值782 kPa。将不同时刻压力载荷导入ANSYS受力分析软件,对防爆门进行动态非线性压力作用下的应力及变形计算,得到了防爆门应力分布,在此基础上进行结构优化,材料强度校核结果显示优化效果较好。In order to solve the problem that the explosion-proof door of air shaft in coal mine is easy to deform under the shock wave of explosion pressure,a double opening explosion-proof door was designed.The flow field of gas explosion was simulated by FLUENT software,the safety and reliability of explosion-proof door under the shock wave of gas explosion were analyzed,and the stress distribution and dynamic response law of explosion-proof door at different times were obtained.The numerical simulation results showed that when the volume concentration of CH4 was 9.5%,the blast door started to open when the blast shock wave pressure was 26 kPa,and the pressure reached the peak value of 782 kPa when the blast door opening was 12℃.The pressure at different times was introduced into ANSYS stress analysis software,then the stress and deformation of the explosion-proof door were calculated under the dynamic non-linear pressure,and the stress distribution of the explosion-proof door was obtained.Based on this,the door structure was optimized,and the material strength check results showed that the optimization effect was better.
