摘 要:由Fe_(3)O_(4)超顺磁性材料包敷球形聚合物有机外壳后制备的磁性高分子复合微球,因具有优异的磁分离性而更容易在水中析出,因此在水处理和环境工程领域具有良好的应用前景。本文总结了磁流体合成、改性以及磁性微球的合成方法,对这些方法进行了总结比较,指出在化学共沉淀法制备Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子的基础上,合理设计单体聚合法制备高分子复合微球的技术路线,并根据对水中特异污染物的去除要求,进行相应的功能化复合材料制备工艺优化,将是未来工作的重点。Magnetic polymer composite microspheres which consisted of magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles encased in a spherical polymer coat,retained the superparamagnetism,and were easy to be separated from water,therefore,they had good application prospects in the field of water treatment and environmental engineering.In this paper,the methods of magnetic fluid synthesis,magnetic fluid modification and magnetic bead synthesis were summarized and compared.It was pointed out that the technical route of monomer polymerization method for the preparation of magnetic polymer microspheres should be reasonably designed on the basis of the preparation of Fe_(3)O_(4) magnetic fluid using chemical co-precipitation method,and the future research work should focus on the optimization of functionalization preparation processes according to the need of specific pollutants removal from water.
