摘  要:煤化工废水中含有大量难处理的有机物,处理难度较高,采用现有方法处理后,煤化工废水的TDS值仍较高,为此将催化臭氧氧化与A/O-MBR联用技术用于煤化工废水的处理。先对煤化工废水进行萃取脱酚处理,以去除废水中的酚类物质,同时提升废水的可氧化性,然后采用催化臭氧氧化技术对废水中的有机物进行分解处理,最后利用A/O-MBR技术对废水进行生化处理,以实现煤化工废水的固液分离。实验结果证明,采用催化臭氧氧化与A/O-MBR联用技术方法处理的煤化工废水,其TDS值小于传统方法,表明该方法在煤化工废水处理领域具有良好的应用前景。Coal chemical wastewater contained a large amount of difficult-to-treat organic matter and was difficult to treat.The TDS value of coal chemical wastewater was still high after treatment with existing methods.So a combined technology of catalytic ozone oxidation and A/O-MBR was used to treat coal chemical wastewater.Firstly,the coal chemical wastewater was treated by extraction dephenolization to remove the phenolic substances in the wastewater and improved the oxidizability of the wastewater.Then,the catalytic ozone oxidation technology was used to decompose the organic substances in the wastewater.Finally,the A/O-MBR technology was used for biochemical treatment of the wastewater to realize the solid-liquid separation of coal chemical wastewater.The experiment results showed that the TDS value of coal chemical wastewater treated by catalytic ozone oxidation and A/O-MBR was less than that of traditional methods,which showed that this method had a good application prospect in the field of coal chemical wastewater treatment.
