摘  要:对油区现场腐蚀产物膜进行采集,进行化学法分析及EDS分析,细菌培养研究,根据油井腐蚀影响因素,判断其主控因素。对腐蚀产物化学分析的结果表明,钙镁合量占比高达45%~60%,判断其主要成分为无机离子成垢产物,且主要成分为碳酸钙。对细菌的分析结果表明,部分油井存在硫酸盐还原菌和铁细菌,腐生菌在采出水中广泛分布存在,实验设计应重视细菌腐蚀。对现场化验的结果表明,将氧腐蚀、硫化氢和二氧化碳腐蚀影响因素纳入室内实验设计。Chemical method, EDS analysis and microbiology research were used to analyze the corrosion scale from the oil area.Dominant factors of the corrosion were judged from the influencing factor of the oil well. The results of chemical analysis of corrosion products showed that the proportion of calcium and magnesium was as high as 45%~60%, and the main component was inorganic ions and calcium carbonate. The results of bacterial analysis showed that sulfate reducing bacteria and iron bacteria existed in some oil wells,and saprophytic bacteria widely existed in produced water. The experimental design should pay attention to bacterial corrosion. The results of field test showed that the influencing factors of oxygen corrosion, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide corrosion were included in the indoor experimental design.
