摘　　要：转化炉管泄漏是每年检修都会检查到的问题,炉管泄漏率增加不但会影响检修进度和增加维修成本,还会增加转化炉运行时的安全隐患。通过对转化炉管损伤情况的分析,来确定主要导致炉管泄漏的原因,针对原因进行改进,才可以提高炉管的使用寿命。The leakage of reformer tubes is a problem that is checked every year for maintenance.The increase of tube leakage rate will not only affect the maintenance schedule and increase the maintenance cost, but also increase the hidden danger of converter operation.Through the analysis of the damage of reformer tube, the main causes of tube leakage were determined, and the service life of the tube can be increased by improving the causes.
