摘  要:农药生产过程中,产生大量挥发性有机废气VOCS,挥发性有机物,对人的呼吸道、眼睛有刺激作用,有的具有致癌性,并且与PM2.5以及雾霾天气相关,所以,农药行业挥发性有机物的治理备受关注。蓄热焚烧炉是农药行业挥发性有机废气处置最常用的处理手段,从农药行业废气特点、蓄热式焚烧炉工作原理、工艺设计、设备选择、废气收集、安全设计等方面简述蓄热式焚烧炉RTO的设计要点。In the pesticide production process, a large number of volatile organic waste VOCs can be produced, they can irritate the human respiratory tract, eyes, and some are carcinogenic, and are related to PM2.5 and haze weather,so much attention has been paid to the management of the volatile organic compounds.Regenerative thermal oxidizer is the most commonly used for volatile organic exhaust gas disposal of pesticide industry. In this article, from the aspects of waste gas characteristics in the pesticide industry, the working principle of regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO), process design, equipment selection, waste gas collection, safety design,etc., the design points of RTO were briefly described.
