摘  要:神木气田水平井施工中存在井眼轨迹控制困难、机械钻速低、井壁易失稳等技术难题,导致钻井周期长,影响勘探开发进程。通过优选高性能长寿命PDC钻头和低转速大扭矩螺杆、引入振动减阻工具、优化堵漏配方、强化钻井液抑制性和封堵性等措施,形成神木气田水平井优快钻井关键技术。现场试验3口井表明:应用优快钻井技术后平均机械钻速提高32%,水平段平均钻速提高35.4%,平均钻井周期缩短26.88%,钻井提速效果明显,可推广应用。There are some technical problems in the construction of horizontal wells in Shenmu gas field, such as difficulty in borehole trajectory control, low ROP and instability of the shaft wall, which lead to long drilling cycle and affect the exploration and development process. In this paper, the key technology of optimal & fast drilling in Shenmu gas field was formed by optimizing high-performance and long-life PDC bits and low-speed and high torque screws, introducing vibration drag reduction tools, optimizing plugging formula and strengthening the inhibition and plugging of drilling fluid. Field applications of three wells showed that the average ROP was increased by 32% after the application of optimal & fast drilling technology, the average ROP in horizontal section was increased by 35.4%, and the average drilling cycle was shortened by 26.88%. The effect of drilling speed increase was obvious,which should be popularized and applied.
