摘  要:为了对黑龙江某地区3个规模化牛场进行牛病毒性腹泻病毒和副结核分枝杆菌抗体的检测,某规模化牛场送检了900份牛耳组织与血清样本。首先,对来自A、B、C3个牛场的900份牛耳组织样品进行BVDV的qRT-PCR的检测。然后,用ELISA试剂盒检测副结核分枝杆菌抗体。结果表明,所有样品的BVDV检测阳性率为0。值得注意的是,2019年该地区3个牛场BVDV抗原检测平均阳性率为0.31%。经过1年的检疫,3个牛场均实现了对牛病毒性腹泻/黏膜病的净化。此外,牛副结核分枝杆菌抗体总体阳性率为3.33%,其中A场为2.86%、B场为2.48%、C场为4.36%。结果表明,在黑龙江某些地区仍存在牛副结核分枝杆菌感染的情况。In order to delect the antibodies of bovine viral diarhea virus and Mycobacterium paratuberculosis in three large-scale cattlefarms ina certain area of Heilongjiang Province,900 samples of bovine ear lissues and serum were sent to a large-scale catle farm forinspection.Firstly,900 bovine ear lissue samples from three cattle farmsA,Band C were delected by qRT-PCR of BVDV.Then,theantibody of Mycobacterium paratuberculosis was delecled by ELISA kit.The results showed that the positive rale of BVDV detection inall samples was O.ltis worth noting that the average positive rate of BVDV antigen detection in three cattle farms in this area was 0.31%in 2019.After a year of quarantine and purification,all three cattle farms achieved the purification of bovine viral dianhea/mucosal dis-ease.In addition the overall positive rale of antibody againsl mycobacterium paratuberculosis in cattle was 3.33%,of which 2.86%infield A,2.48%in field Band4.36%in field C.The results showed that Mycobacterium paratuberculosis infection still existed in someareas of Heilongjiang Province.
