摘　　要：药品价格管理中进行药物经济学评价意义重大,有利于为制药工业企业制定价格策略、开展药物经济学评价工作提供建议。通过分析、归纳、总结药品价格管理中药物经济学的应用,从制药工业企业角度概述药品定价策略,主要分析药物经济学在以患者需求价值为基础的定价、以竞争为基础的定价、以成本为基础的定价中的具体应用;然后,明确药物经济学评价在药物研发阶段、围上市期和上市后的定价策略的关键作用和实际意义。研究发现:在药品定价管理中合理应用药物经济学评价,有助于制药工业企业优化研发策略、降低研发失败风险、指导制定合理价格、支持药品市场准入、持续增强品牌竞争力。基于此,制药工业企业应重视药物经济学评价工作,降低风险,提升效益,提高核心竞争力。Pharmacoeconomic evaluation in drug price management is of great significance,which is conducive to providing suggestions for pharmaceutical industry enterprises to formulate price strategies and carry out pharmacoeconomic evaluation.By analyzing,summarizing and summarizing the application of pharmacoeconomics in drug price management,this paper summarizes the drug pricing strategy from the perspective of pharmaceutical industry enterprises,and mainly analyzes the specific application of pharmacoeconomics in pricing based on patient demand value,pricing based on competition and pricing based on cost;Then,it clarifies the key role and practical significance of pharmacoeconomic evaluation in the pricing strategy of drug research and development stage,peri marketing period and post marketing period.It is found that the rational application of pharmacoeconomic evaluation in drug pricing management can help pharmaceutical industry enterprises optimize R&D strategies,reduce the risk of R&D failure,guide the formulation of reasonable prices,support drug market access,and continuously enhance brand competitiveness.Based on this,pharmaceutical industry enterprises should pay attention to pharmacoeconomic evaluation,reduce risks,enhance benefits and improve core competitiveness.
