摘 要:当前,我国正处于转型升级、提质增效的重要阶段,绿色技术创新是促进绿色低碳循环发展的有效方式。为深入探究双循环背景下我国区域绿色技术创新能力,本文采用因子分析方法创建评价体系,对各省区市绿色技术创新能力进行评价,结果表明:广东省绿色技术创新能力最优,其次是北京市、江苏省;各省区市经济发展水平与绿色技术创新能力关系密切,绿色技术创新能力总体分布呈现东高西低的梯状格局,且各区域间有较大差异,东部区域绿色技术创新能力最优;产业结构、政策支持氛围等在各区域绿色技术创新能力提升的过程中具有积极影响。基于上述结论,应驱动区域产业互助,落实邻近省区市协作发展;加强绿色技术创新政策支持,提升科技创新水平。At present,our country is in an important stage of transforming and upgrading,improving quality and efficiency.Green technology innovation is an effective way to promote green low-carbon circular development.In order to deeply explore my country’s regional green technology innovation ability under the background of dual cycle,this paper uses factor analysis to create an evaluation system to evaluate the green technology innovation ability of each province,region and city.The results show that:Guangdong Province has the best green technology innovation ability,followed by Beijing and Jiangsu Province;the economic development level of each province is closely related to the green technology innovation ability,and the overall distribution of green technology innovation ability presents a ladder-like pattern with high in the east and low in the west,and with huge differences between regions.The eastern region has the strongest green technology innovation ability;industrial structure,policy support atmosphere,etc.have a positive impact on the process of im-proving the green technology innovation ability of each region.Based on the conclusions above,regional industrial mutual assistance should be driven,and the coordinated development of neighboring provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities should be implemented;poli-cy support for green technology innovation should be strengthened to improve the level of scientific and technological innovation.
