摘  要:对于气/水同产井而言,准确计算井筒压降是预测气井产能的重要手段之一.常用的水平井压降计算模型大多是基于判断流型转变而建立的,因判断准则的不同,不同模型计算高低气流速下压降值差别巨大.本文研制了一套水平井气/水两相流实验装置,通过开展不同倾斜角度下的压降测试实验,结合实验数据评价目前工程常用的压降计算模型,优选出了分别适用于高/低气流速区域的压降计算模型.利用已公开发表的压降测试数据对其进行了验证,低气流速区域组合模型平均绝对误差为9.17%,高气流速区域平均绝对误差为6.53%,预测效果良好,可为水平气井压降预测提供可靠参考.For gas and water producing wells,accurate prediction of wellbore pressure drop is one of the vital methods for predicting gas well productivity.At present,most of predicting wellbore pressure drop models were established based on judging the flow pattern transition.Due to different judgment criteria,the pressure drop values calculated by different models under high and low gas flow rates varied greatly.In this paper,a visualized experimental setup was established to simulate gas-liquid flow in a horizontal well.Some experiments were conducted in different angles.Combined with the experimental data,the pressure drop calculation models commonly used in engineering were evaluated,and the pressure drop calculation models suitable for high and low gas velocity zones were optimized.Comparing with published data,mean absolute error of the new model is 9.17%in low gas velocity wells,and 6.53%in high gas velocity wells.It could provide reliable reference for the prediction of horizontal gas well pressure drop.
