摘 要:为解决反应型聚氨酯热熔胶(PUR)湿固化过程中产生CO_(2)致使热熔胶性能下降的问题,利用沸石分子筛表面阳离子可选择性配位及其微孔对二氧化碳气体和水分子吸附特性,设计多种配方体系的PUR/沸石分子筛复合材料并结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TGA)等研究沸石分子筛在PUR基体中的分散性、消泡性及其热稳定性,考察力学性能和储存稳定性。研究表明:沸石分子筛Z1250在PUR基体中具有较好的分散性和消泡性,当脱水温度为90℃,添加质量分数为5%的聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA3000)或添加质量分数为10%的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG2000),反应型聚氨酯/沸石分子筛Z1250(PUR/Z1250)的黏接强度分别提高了36.2%或27.5%,PUR/Z1250具有良好的热稳定性和储存稳定性。CO_(2) is generated during moisture curing processes of polyurethane reactive(PUR),which causes performance decrease of PUR.PUR/zeolite hot melt adhesives with various formulation systems were designed in this study,based on selective coordination of cations on the surface of zeolite molecular sieve and adsorption characteristics of micropores for carbon dioxide and water molecules.Dispersion,defoaming,thermal stability,mechanical properties and storage stability were studied with scanning electron microscope(SEM)and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA).The results show that zeolite molecular sieve Z1250 has good dispersion and defoaming properties in the PUR matrix.When the dehydration temperature was 90℃ and the mass fraction of hexanedioic acid(PBA3000)was 5% or the mass fraction of poly-tetrahydrofuran ether glycol(PTMG2000)was 10%,the adhesion strength of polyurethane reactive/zeolite Z1250(PUR/Z1250)was increased by 36.2% or 27.5%,respectively.PUR/Z1250 has good thermal stability and storage stability.
