摘  要:铝合金热轧过程中,乳液喷射对改善带材表面的粘铝、色差和板形等缺陷有重要意义。在单机架双卷取热轧机上,探讨了乳液喷射压力、喷嘴流量、喷嘴旋转角度和喷射模式对热轧铝合金带材表面质量的影响。结果表明:适当减少边部乳液喷射量,可改善边部润滑状况;单独控制喷嘴喷射流量,可改善带材局部平整度和表面质量;使乳液均匀地喷射到轧辊表面,才能获得良好的带材表面质量。In the hot rolling process of aluminum alloy,emulsion spraying is of great significance to improve the defects of aluminum sticking color difference and profile on the strip surface.The influences of emulsion injection pressure nozzle flow rate,nozzle rotation angle and injection mode on the surface quality of hot rolled aluminum alloy strip were investigated in a single-stand double-winding hot rolling mill.The results show that the lubrication of the edge can be improved by reducing the amount of emulsion spray.The local flatness and surface quality of strip can be improved by controlling the flow rate of nozzle individually.A good strip surface can be obtained by spraying emulsion evenly onto the roll surface.
