摘 要:以矿物油为基础油,以醇和酯为主添加剂,制备铜铝复合板轧制油,旨在通过工艺润滑改善铜铝复合板的表面质量。结合摩擦学实验和冷轧实验,通过激光共聚焦显微镜对轧后复合板表面、界面进行分析,研究轧制油的摩擦学行为和轧制润滑性能。结果表明:采用低黏度基础油与醇酯复合添加剂的轧制油表现出较佳的减摩性能,复合板的轧制厚度明显减薄,最小可轧厚度仅为0.136mm;进一步观察轧后表面形貌和铜铝界面发现,复合板表面的轧痕、粘着等缺陷明显减少,且铜铝变形更加协调,具有良好的润滑效果。The rolling oil of Cu-Al composite plate was prepared with mineral oil as base oil and alcohol and ester as additives in order to improve the surface quality of Cu-Al composite plate through process lubrication.Combined with the tribological and cold rolling experiments,the surface and interface were analyzed by laser confocal microscopy to study the tribological behavior and rolling lubrication properties of rolled oil The results show that the rolling oil with low viscosity base oil and alcohol ester compound additive has better antifriction performance,and the rolling thickness of composite plate is obviously reduced,the minimum rolling thickness is only 0.136 mm.After further observation of the surface morphology and the Cu-Al interface,itis found that the rolling marks and adhesion defects on the surface of the composite plate are obviously reduced,and the Cu-Al deformation is more harmonious,which has a good lubrication effect.
