摘  要:随着油气钻探技术的发展,自动垂直钻井系统凭借其精准的井斜控制能力、有效释放钻压、大幅提高机械钻速等特点,有效地解决了在高陡构造、大倾角、深井等复杂地层中直井钻探及直井段的井斜控制问题。通过充分调研分析目前国内外10种典型自动垂直钻井系统的技术构成和应用概况,对比总结了各自的技术优劣势及适用性。相较于目前商业运用广泛的国外成熟系统,国内自动垂直钻井系统的发展已取得了进步,建议在机电设计、信号传输等方面逐步形成具有完全自主知识产权的关键核心技术。With the development of oil and gas drilling technology,the automatic vertical drilling system has effectively solved the prob⁃lems of vertical well drilling and vertical well section deviation control in complex formations such as high and steep structures,large dip angle and deep wells by virtue of its accurate well deviation control ability,effective release of WOB and substantial increase of ROP.The technical composition and application of 10 typical automatic vertical drilling systems at home and abroad are analyzed through full investigation,their technical advantages,disadvantages and applicability are compared.At present,mature automatic verti⁃cal drilling systems have been widely used abroad,and the development of automatic vertical drilling systems in China has also made progress.It is suggested that China should gradually form key core technologies with completely independent intellectual property rights in electromechanical design and signal transmission.
