摘 要:针对水平井底水锥进的现象,目前的控水、堵水方式较多,控水效果和适应性存在差异。介绍了一种新型水平井控水技术—“环空阻流控水技术”的技术研究与海上应用。环空阻流控水技术采用了COSL控流筛管,并在筛管和井壁的环空填充满阻水颗粒,可以大幅减少轴向窜流,同时抑制径向高含水段产水。通过建立水平井筒并安装控流筛管,进行颗粒充填实验来研究控水技术实施的可行性和规律。实验结果表明,基于COSL控流筛管的阻水颗粒充填效率大于100%,超过预期效果,环空阻流控水技术是可行的。该技术在海上油田水平井已实施应用,投产后增油量提高近3倍,控水效果良好,证明了该控水技术的有效性。For the bottom water coning of horizontal wells,there are many water control and water shutoff methods at present,but their water control effects and adaptability are different.This paper introduces the research and offshore application of a new horizontal well water control technology:"annulus flow control technology".COSL flow control screen tube is used in annulus flow control technology,and water prevention particles are filled in annulus between screen tube and well wall,which can greatly reduce axial channeling and restrain radial water production in high water cut section.The feasibility and law of the water control technology are studied by estab⁃lishing horizontal wellbore,installing flow control screen tube and conducting particle filling test.The test results show that the filling efficiency of water blocking particles based on COSL flow control screen tube is greater than 100%,which exceeds the expected effect.The annular flow control technology is feasible.The technology has been applied to horizontal wells in offshore oil fields.After being put into operation,the oil production has been increased nearly three times,and the water control effect is good,which proves the effec⁃tiveness of the water control technology.
