摘 要:本文以十六醇作为相变材料,高密度聚乙烯作为支撑材料,膨胀石墨、纳米氧化铝作为导热添加材料制备高导热定型相变材料。结果显示,当高密度聚乙烯的加入比例为30%时,十六醇不发生泄露时,此时相变材料的相变潜热为191.7J/g,导热系数仅为0.3446W/mk;随着纳米氧化铝或膨胀石墨的加入,相变材料的导热系数逐渐增加,但当两者加入量分别为5%时,后者可使导热系数增加到0.8059W/mk提高了约2.3倍,而前者导热系数才达到0.4184W/mk,提高了1.2倍,由此可见膨胀石墨更适合做此定型相变材料的导热添加材料。In this study, cetyl alcohol was used as phase change material, high-density polyethylene as support material, expanded graphite and nano alumina as thermal conductive additive materials to prepare high thermal conductivity shaped phase change materials.The results show that when the proportion of HDPE is 30% and cetyl alcohol does not leak, the latent heat of phase change is 191.7 j/g and the thermal conductivity is only 0.3446 w/mk;With the addition of nano alumina or expanded graphite, the thermal conductivity of the phase change material gradually increases, but when the amount of the two is 5% respectively, the latter can increase the thermal conductivity to 0.8059 w/mk, which is about 2.3 times higher;while the thermal conductivity of the former can reach 0.4184 w/mk, which is 1.2 times higher.It can be seen that the expanded graphite is more suitable to be the thermal conductivity additive of this shaped phase change material.
