摘　　要：为促进学生就业,学校有必要以就业为导向,构建完善的教育管理体系,提升学生的专业能力与就业竞争力。本文主要研究了旨在提升学生就业能力的教育管理策略选择,为学校高效开展教育管理活动提供科学的指导。In order to promote students′ employment, it is necessary for colleges to take employment as the guide, build a perfect education management system, and improve students′ professional ability and employment competitiveness.This paper mainly studies the choice of educational management strategies aimed at improving students′ employability, and provides scientific guidance for colleges to carry out educational management activities efficiently.
