摘  要:某镍钼矿中主要有价元素为镍、钼,含量分别为0.56%、0.71%,经分析:镍、钼主要的赋存矿物为辉砷镍矿和胶硫钼矿,且与黄铁矿呈不同形态的集合体产出。为确定合理的开发工艺,进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:原矿在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占81%的条件下进行重选脱除炭质及泥质后,以磺化CMC为抑制剂,乳化煤油为捕收剂对易浮的钼先进行浮选,浮钼尾矿通过加入硫酸铜调浆活化再浮选难浮的镍硫矿物。闭路试验获得含Mo 3.23%、Ni 2.87%,Mo回收率72.86%、Ni回收率80.34%的精矿产品,可大幅降低后续焙烧浸出的冶炼成本。The main valuable elements in a nickel molybdenum ore are nickel and molybdenum,the contents of which are 0.56%and 0.71%respectively.Through analysis,the main occurrence minerals of nickel and molybdenum are gersdorffite and colloidal sulfur molybdenum mine,which are produced as aggregates in different forms with pyrite.In order to determine the reasonable development process,the beneficiation process experimental research were carried out.The results show that after gravity separation of raw ore with grinding fineness of-0.074mm,accounting for 81%,carbonaceous and argillaceous matter are removed,easy-to-float molybdenum is floated first with sulfonated CMC as inhibitor and emulsified kerosene as collector.The floating molybdenum tailings are activated by adding copper sulfate slurry,and then difficult-to-float nickel sulfur minerals are floated.The closed-circuit test can obtain concentrate products containing Mo 3.23%,Ni 2.87%,with Mo recovery 72.86%and Ni recovery 80.34%,which can greatly reduce the smelting cost of subsequent roasting leaching.
