油污泥选钼试验研究

摘　　要：油污泥属于固体废弃物,作为选钼捕收剂,可将废弃物变废为宝,环保及社会效益巨大。室内试验研究表明:油污泥作为选钼捕收剂加药量是YC药剂3倍时,所得技术指标相当,油污泥与YC药剂选钼粗精品位分别为5.42%、5.76%,钼粗选回收率分别为92.91%、92.82%;工业试验研究表明,温度对油污泥选钼回收率有影响,当温度在0℃以上,油污泥作为选钼捕收剂与YC药剂选钼技术指标相当,粗选回收率均在91%左右,当温度在0℃以下,油污泥选钼回收率为86.74%,YC药剂选钼回收率为90.42%。Oil sludge is a kind of solid waste.As a molybdenum collector,it can turn waste into treasure,which has great environmental and social benefits.The results of laboratory tests show that when the dosage of oil sludge as collector for molybdenum dressing is 3 times as that of YC reagent,the technical indexes are equivalent.The crude concentrate grades taking oil sludge and YC reagent as collectors for molybdenum dressing are 5.42%and 5.76%respectively,the roughing recovery rates are 92.91%and 92.82%respectively;and the industrial test shows that the recovery of molybdenum for oil sludge is affected by the temperature,when the temperature is above 0℃,the technical indexes are equivalent taking oil sludge or YC reagent as collectors,and the recovey rates of roughing are both about 91%,when the temperature is below 0℃,the recovery of molybdenum is 86.74%for oil sludge and 90.42%for YC reagent.
