摘 要:针对碎矿车间新生产线供矿稳定、老生产线供矿不足的现状,结合实际生产和现场情况,提出预先筛分工艺改造方案。本文从可行性分析、方案设计、设备选型计算等方面对改造方案进行了说明,认为工艺改造能够实现新老线矿量内部的二次分配,一定程度上解决磨矿缺矿的现状,同时进一步降低新线碎矿产品粒度,降低新线磨矿能耗,为工艺改造提供了理论支持。In view of the present situation of stable ore supply of new production line and insufficient ore supply of old production line in crushing workshop,a pre-screening process transformation scheme is proposed in combination with the actual production and field situation.This paper explains the transformation scheme from the aspects of feasibility analysis,scheme design and calculation of equipment type selection.It is considered that the secondary distribution of ore volume can be realized in the new and old lines;to a certain extent,the problem of ore shortage in grinding can be solved;the particle size of crushed ores can be further reduced;the grinding energy consumption of the new line can be reduced and theoretical support for the process transformation can be provided.
