摘　　要：考试招生制度改革的实施对地方院校人才选拔产生了重要影响,作为为服务乡村振兴提供人才支持的地方农业院校,要进一步研究考试招生制度改革的内涵,透彻分析招生工作的现状及存在的问题,改进工作策略,进一步推动地方农业院校的快速发展。The implementation of the examination and enrollment system reform has had an important impact on the selection of talents in local colleges and universities.As local agricultural colleges that provide talent support for the rural revitalization,it is necessary to further study the connotation of the examination and enrollment system reform,thoroughly analyze the current situation and existing problems of enrollment work,and improve work strategies to further promote the rapid development of local agricultural colleges and universities.
