聚苯硫醚树脂纺丝工艺的研究

摘　　要：文章对聚苯硫醚(PPS)的原料性能及纺丝工艺进行了研究,采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热失重(TG)、旋转流变仪、拉伸强力仪等测试手段进行了测试表征,研究结果表明:PPS树脂的熔点为281.7℃,当温度高于475.0℃时,PPS开始分解。当温度在315.0~320.0℃,PPS的表观黏度几乎不受剪切速率的影响。因此,选择纺丝温度为315.0℃,液体冷却温度为85.0℃,拉伸倍率为4.0倍,一段拉伸温度为90.0℃,二段拉伸温度为155.0℃,热定型温度为200.0℃。This paper studied the raw material properties and spinning process of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS),used differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),thermal gravity analysis(TG),rotational rheometer,tensile strength tester and other testing methods to test and characterize.The results showed that the melting point of PPS resin was 281.7℃,when the temperature was higher than 475.0℃,PPS began to decompose.When the temperature was in the range of 315.0-320.0℃,the apparent viscosity of PPS was hardly affected by the shear rate.Therefore,the spinning temperature was selected as 315.0℃,the liquid cooling temperature was 85℃,the stretching ratio was 4.0 times,the first-stage stretching temperature was 90.0℃,the second-stage stretching temperature was 155.0℃,and the thermosetting temperature is 200.0℃.
