摘 要:温湿度是影响棉纺生产的重要因素之一。生产实践证明,温湿度调节不当或不稳定,将会引起棉条、粗纱等回潮率不稳定,进而影响成纱质量,并增加纱线断头等。在我国南方,夏季高温高湿天气多,棉纺生产车间设备功率大,造成车间内高温高湿更为明显。高温高湿的环境对纺纱工人健康不利,胶辊潮湿造成须条纤维绕胶辊、缠罗拉,对生产也极为不利。为了解决夏季高温高湿的问题,南方地区的棉纺车间大多配备冷水机组。文章主要探讨冷水系统在棉纺生产中的应用。Temperature and humidity is one of the important factors affecting cotton spinning production.Production practice has proved that improper or unstable adjustment of temperature and humidity will cause instability of moisture regain of sliver and roving,which will affect yarn quality and increase yarn breakage.In southern China,there are many high temperature and high humidity weather in summer,and the equipment power in the cotton spinning workshop is large,which makes the high temperature and high humidity in the workshop more obvious.The environment of high temperature and humidity is unfavorable to the health of spinning workers.The wet cots cause the fibers to wind around the cots and rollers,which is also extremely unfavorable to production.In order to solve the problem of high temperature and humidity in summer,most cotton spinning workshops in southern China are equipped with water chillers.This paper mainly discusses the application of cold water system in cotton spinning production.
