摘  要:印花技术为纺织品的市场细分以及产品流通提供了强大的竞争力,是纺织品生产过程中一道比较重要的工序,可以有效帮助企业有选择地进入目标市场,满足客户的不同需求,并提高企业的经营效益。传统的印花工艺在现代市场营销实践中也暴露出一些缺点,例如工艺流程长、处理污水量大、操作工序复杂等。随着电子科技的发展,数码喷墨印花技术以其可测量性、可进入性和可营利性的特点迅速成长,在各类纺织品中的应用与日俱增,引领了新的印花技术潮流。文章以环保政策、数码喷印技术的发展为背景,从不同的技术角度分析了涂料墨水可通过多种型号的打印头实现多彩喷印输出效果的优点,讨论了其在织物上实现个性化以及批量生产的规模经济的可能性,并对涂料墨水借助数码喷印技术发展的市场前景进行了描述。Printing technology provides strong competitiveness for textile market segmentation and product circulation.It is a relatively important process in the textile production process,which can effectively help enterprises selectively enter the target market,meet the different needs of customers,and improve the business efficiency of enterprises.Traditional printing technology has also exposed some shortcomings in modern marketing practice,such as long process flow,large amount of sewage treatment,complex operation procedures and so on.With the development of electronic technology,digital ink-jet printing technology has grown rapidly with its measurability,accessibility and profitability.Its application in all kinds of textiles is increasing day by day,leading the trend of new printing technology.Based on the environmental protection policy and the development of digital ink-jet printing technology,this paper analyzes the advantages of paint ink that can realize colorful ink-jet printing output effect through various types of print heads from different technical angles,discusses the possibility of realizing personalization and mass production economies of scale on fabrics,and describes the market prospect of pigment ink with the help of digital jet printing technology.
