摘 要:为实现废旧棉织物的高值化再利用,文章以废旧棉织物为原料、HNO_(3)为催化剂,采用水热法制备碳微球材料,通过单因素实验研究了反应温度和溶液pH对碳化过程的影响规律,并对产物进行了微观形貌、红外光谱和X射线衍射分析,探讨了棉纤维的水解碳化机理。结果表明:反应温度和溶液pH是影响碳化产物形貌的重要因素。起始碳化温度为200℃。当pH为2.0、反应温度为300℃、反应时间为8 h时,制得的碳微球形貌最佳,表面存在大量的羟基、羰基和羧基等官能团。碳化产物的石墨化程度较低,以无定形碳为主。In order to realize the high value reuse of waste cotton fabric,this paper uses the waste cotton fabric as raw material,HNO_(3) as the catalyst,using hydrothermal method to prepare carbon microsphere material,studies the influence law of reaction temperature and solution pH in the carbonization process through complete randomalized design,analyzes the micromorphology,infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction,explores the hydrolytic carbonization mechanism of cotton fibers.The results show that the reaction temperature and solution pH are important factors affecting the morphology of carbon products.The starting carbonization temperature is 200℃.When pH is 2.0,the reaction temperature is 300℃,the reaction time is 8 h,the morphology of the carbon microsphere is the best,and a large number of functional groups such as hydroxyl,carbonyl and carboxyl groups are present on the surface.The chemical products are less graphified,dominated by amorphous carbon.
