《里耶秦简(二)》所见用语的年代考察

摘　　要：《里耶秦简牍校释(第二卷)》发现了秦始皇二十八年使用“正月”,二十六年至二十八年使用“辠”,二十六年、二十八年使用“臣妾”的明确记录,将秦始皇统治时期“正月”“端月”使用情况得以串联,并佐证了秦代改“辠”为“罪”、改“臣妾”为“奴婢”一事及其改称时间。里耶秦简所见用语的年代特征显示出秦代官府文书的行政特点,也反映了秦代专制集权、以法治国和秦代政策高效、严苛的政治特点。Liye Qin Bamboo Slips and Slips Proofreading and Interpretation(Volume II)found a clear record of the use of“the first month of the lunar year”in the 28th year of First Emperor of Qin,the use of“Crime”(辠)in the 26th to 28th year,and the use of“ministers and concubines”in the 26th and 28th year.The use of the“the first month of the lunar year”and“the month of duan”during the reign of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty is connected in series,which proves that“crime”(辠)is changed to“crime”(罪)and“ministers and concubines”to“slaves and maidservants”and its renamed time in the Qin Dynasty.The chronological characteristics of the terms seen in Liye Qin Bamboo Slips not only show the administrative characteristics of the official documents of the Qin Dynasty,but also reflect the political characteristics of the autocratic centralization of power,the rule of law and the efficient and harsh policies of the Qin Dynasty.
