摘　　要：目的 对天津市泰达医院2019-2021年参加国家卫生健康委临检中心室间质量评价结果进行总结分析,探讨临床实验室检测的准确性和可比性,持续提高临床实验室检测能力和质量管理水平。方法 依据国家卫生健康委临检中心室间质量评价活动安排,对各个参评项目使用常规检测方法在规定时间内完成检测工作,并通过网络形式报告检测结果,及时对回报结果进行总结分析。结果我院检验科参加国家卫生健康委临检中心质量评价总成绩合格,各个专业组室间质评成绩为满意,年度总成绩性能评价均为成功。临床化学、免疫学、微生物学、临床血液学、临床输血专业中个别项目存在不合格现象。结论 通过室间质量评价结果反馈,在校准问题、仪器维护保养问题、仪器灵敏度问题、书写错误、技术问题、换算错误、PT样本问题、分组不恰当、随机误差方面存在不足。显微镜形态学检查,需结合整体综合分析,积累经验,逐步提高。微生物鉴定室间质评,可积累临床少见的疑难细菌鉴定经验,及时发现和总结不足之处。同时2020年我科室增加了新冠病毒核酸检测,监测实验室的新冠核酸检测能力,评估和完善实验室的日常检测工作流程,疫情期间,高度严谨的保证检验质量,将质量控制工作贯穿实验全过程。Objective To summarize and analyze the results of the inter-office quality evaluation of Tianjin TEDA Hospital’s participation in the National Health Commission’s clinical examination center from 2019 to 2021,to discuss the accuracy and comparability of clinical laboratory testing,and to continuously improve clinical laboratory testing capabilities And quality management level.Methods According to the inter-office quality evaluation activities of the National Health Commission’s Interim Inspection Center,routine inspection methods were used for each participating project to complete the inspection within the specified time,and the inspection results were reported through the Internet,and the return results were summarized and analyzed in a timely manner.Results The total scores of the laboratory of our hospital participated in the quality evaluation of the National Health Commission’s Interim Inspection Center,the inter-office quality evaluation results of each professional group were satisfactory,and the annual total score performance evaluation was all successful.Individual items in clinical chemistry,immunology,microbiology,clinical hematology,and clinical blood transfusion are unqualified.Conclusion Through the feedback of the results of the external quality evaluation,there are deficiencies in calibration issues,instrument maintenance issues,instrument sensitivity issues,writing errors,technical issues,conversion errors,PT sample issues,improper grouping,and random errors.Microscopic morphological examinations need to be combined with overall comprehensive analysis,accumulate experience,and gradually improve.The quality evaluation of the microbial identification laboratory can accumulate the clinically rare experience in the identification of difficult bacteria,and discover and summarize the shortcomings in time.At the same time,from2020,our department has added new coronavirus nucleic acid testing,monitoring the laboratory’s new coronavirus nucleic acid testing capabilities,assessing and improving
