鲍温样丘疹病患者组织中PPAR-γ、COX-2的表达情况及其相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨鲍温样丘疹病(Bowenold papulosis,BP)患者组织中过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体-γ(Peroxisome proliferators activate receptors-γ,PPAR-γ)、环氧化酶2(Cyclooxygenase 2,COX-2)的表达情况及其相关性。方法选择2020年1月至2021年11月期间秦皇岛市第一医院皮肤性病科活检的45例外阴病变皮肤组织作为观察组,另外选择于同期接受检查的40例正常外阴病变皮肤组织作为对照组。采用SP法对PPAR-γ、COX-2表达情况进行检测分析,并对二者相关性进行分析。结果 (1)观察组组织中PPAR-γ表达评分与阳性率为(2.12±0.57)分与66.67%均分别显著高于对照组[(分别为1.03±0.34)分与17.50%](P均<0.05);(2)观察组组织中COX-2表达评分与阳性率分别为(2.49±0.65)分与71.11%,均分别显著高于对照组[分别为(0.95±0.18)分与7.50%](P均<0.05);(3)PPAR-γ与COX-2在BP组织阳性表达呈正相关性(P<0.05),但是在正常组织中的表达二者不呈相关性(P>0.05)。结论 BP组织中PPAR-γ、COX-2均呈过表达特点,且二者在BP组织中的表达情况呈显著的正相关性。Objective The Peroxisome proliferators activate receptors-γof Bowenold papulosis(BP)Clinical expression of PPAR-γand Cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2)and their correlation.Methods From January 2020to November 2021,45cases of vulvar lesion skin tissue biopsied in dermatology and venereology department of our hospital were selected as the observation group,and 40cases of normal vulvar lesion skin tissue examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The expression of PPAR-γand COX-2was detected and analyzed by SP method,and their correlation was analyzed.Results (1)the expression score and positive rate of PPAR-γin the observation group were(2.12±0.57)points and 66.67%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(1.03±0.34)points and 17.50%,respectively(P0.05).Conclusion PPAR-γand COX-2are overexpressed in BP tissues,and the expression of the two is significantly positive correlation in BP tissues.
