摘　　要：为解决传统薰衣草精油水蒸气蒸馏提取装置蒸馏冷凝用水量大、加热能耗高的问题,对装置设计加以改进。蒸汽发生器改进为直接加热蒸汽发生器,并增设冷凝水循环控制装置、蒸馏水循环控制装置、压力维持装置,蒸汽通过管道进入盘管释放到蒸馏釜,冷凝水循环控制装置接收冷凝器内的冷凝水通过水冷机循环冷却;油水分离器下端安置循环开关阀,蒸馏用水通过管路循环回流到蒸汽发生器储水箱内,实现蒸馏用水二次利用与蒸馏;冷凝器与油水分离器间管道上安置压力维持装置,通过U型管水封按需调节压力。经测试,改进装置有效节约了精油提取蒸馏用水量、提高了精油提取率,在[90min,110min]时间范围内进行蒸馏提取可获得较优的精油成分。In order to solve the problems of large distillation and condensing water consumption and high heating energy consumption,the device design is improved.Steam generator is improved to directly heat steam generator,add condensate circulation control device,distilled water circulation control device,pressure maintenance device,steam enters the coil into the pipe to the distillation kettle,receives the condensate water in the condenser through the water cooler;adjusts the pressure maintenance device through U-type pipe water seal.After testing,the improved device effectively saved the water consumption of essential oil extraction and improved the essential oil extraction rate in [90min,110min].
