摘　　要：乡村图书馆是乡村文化的重要组成部分。在县、乡镇公共文化服务尚显薄弱之地,这些乡村民间图书馆成为了有益的补充。通过实地调研和访谈等方式了解杜权成图书馆创设、运营、管理和服务形式方面的特性,以及村民的阅读情况,跟踪了解来自政府、公共文化服务机构、社会力量、乡村居民等多元主体在乡村阅读推广活动中的力量和行为,客观、全面把握数字乡村战略背景下农村居民阅读困境和阅读行为变化。就乡村公共文化服务的各类场景中,如何借助国家数字乡村战略提供的历史机遇、有效联结各方优质资源、使乡村全民阅读服务效能快速提档升级提出了思考和建议。Rural library is an important part of rural culture.In counties and towns where public cultural services are still weak,these rural libraries have become useful supplements.Through field research and interviews,this paper understands the characteristics of Du Quancheng library’s creation,operation,management and service forms,as well as the reading situation of villagers,and tracks the power and behavior of multiple subjects from the government,public cultural service agencies,social forces and rural residents in rural reading promotion activities.Objectively and comprehensively grasp the reading dilemma and reading behavior change of rural residents under the background of digital rural strategy.In view of various scenes of rural public cultural services,this paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to make use of the historical opportunities provided by the national digital rural strategy,effectively link all high-quality resources,and quickly upgrade the effectiveness of rural nationwide reading services.
