摘　　要：徐韩公路快速化改造工程采用整体式、后浇带式及上/下分层式等预制盖梁施工工艺。工程针对节段预制盖梁,建立标准化工厂预制及现场拼装流程,提出了工厂预制质量控制措施、常见质量病害及处置措施,形成成品运输、临时支墩搭设、吊装就位、现浇段施工及临时支墩拆除等拼装全过程的技术要求。最终,还制定了工厂预制及现场拼装的质量检验与验收标准。The construction technology of prefabricated capping beams such as integral type,post-cast belt type&upper/lower layered type is adopted in the rapid reconstruction project of Xuhan Highway.For segmental precast capping beams,the project establishes a standardized factory prefabrication and field assembly process,puts forward factory prefabrication quality control measures,common quality diseases&treatment measures,and forms technical requirements for the whole process of assembly such as finished product transportation,temporary pier erection,hoisting in place,cast-in-situ section construction&temporary pier removal.Finally,the quality inspection&acceptance standards for factory prefabrication&on-site assembly are formulated.
