摘 要:在现有人行道的传统设计中,常采用现浇混凝土基层加透水砌砖面层的结构组合,具有施工周期长、环境影响大、面层整体性和力学性能差等弊端。新型的预制装配式透水混凝土板铺筑人行道路面,能提高面层的整体性和力学性能,满足透水性能要求,具有高效率、生产不受恶劣天气等自然环境的影响,工期更为可控,安装精度高、路面质量高、施工过程节水节电节材环保等特点。以上海松花江路实地敷设预制装配式透水人行道路段为例,提出了施工技术的难点与优化建议,使预制装配式透水人行道技术具有良好的应用前景。In the traditional design of existing sidewalks,the structural combination of cast-in-situ concrete base&permeable brick surface is often used,which has the disadvantages of long construction period,large environmental impact,poor surface integrity&mechanical performance.The new type of prefabricated permeable concrete slab for paving the pavement surface can improve the integrity&mechanical properties of the surface layer,meet the requirements of water permeability,high efficiency.The production is not affected by natural environments such as bad weather,and the construction period is more controllable.It has the characteristics of high installation accuracy,high road surface quality,water saving,electricity saving,material saving&environmental protection during construction.Taking the field laying of prefabricated permeable sidewalks on Songhuajiang Rd.in Shanghai as an example,the difficulties&optimization suggestions of construction technology are put forward,so that the prefabricated permeable sidewalk technology has a good application prospect.
