摘  要:全面发挥高等教育人才培养、科学研究、服务社会和传承文化的职能,以生态价值观教育赋能高等教育内涵发展,是新时代高等教育高质量发展的必然选择。坚持辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义,坚持科学与人文、事实与价值、形式与内容相统一的原则,牢固树立生态价值理念,凝聚生态价值观共识,增强责任感、使命感和忧患意识。培养和塑造具有生态价值理念、生态科学认知、生态伦理情怀、生态审美素养的高层次人才。树立正确的科学技术观,把握科学与社会、科学与技术、技术与伦理的关系。充分发挥高等教育的生态服务功能和优势,融通古今中外一切优秀传统文化资源,是高等教育绿色发展的重要目标任务。It is an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of higher education in the new era to give full play to the functions of talents training,scientific research,social service and cultural inheritance of higher education,and to empower the connotation development of higher education with ecological values education.Adhere to dialectical materialism and historical materialism,adhere to the principle of unifying science and humanities,facts and values,form and content,firmly establish ecological values,build consensus on ecological values,and enhance the sense of responsibility,mission and awareness of adversity.Cultivate and shape highlevel talents with ecological value concept,ecological science cognition,ecological ethics and ecological aesthetic quality.Establish a correct view of science and technology,grasp the relationship between science and society,science and technology,technology and ethics.It is an important goal and task for green development of higher education to give full play to the ecological service functions and advantages of higher education and to integrate all excellent traditional cultural resources at home and abroad.
