摘 要:目的 对新外来中药紫锥菊中药寒热药性进行实验验证。方法 将110只小鼠随机分成11组,即空白组、虚热模型组、虚热西洋参组、虚热紫锥菊低剂量组、虚热紫锥菊中剂量组、虚热紫锥菊高剂量组、虚寒模型组、虚寒人参组、虚寒紫锥菊低剂量组、虚寒紫锥菊中剂量组和虚寒紫锥菊高剂量组,每组10只。虚热组小鼠灌胃甲状腺片溶液160 mg/kg,虚寒组小鼠灌胃氢化可的松溶液25 mg/kg,每日1次,连续14天制备虚热及虚寒模型。检测各组小鼠血清中环磷酸腺苷(cyclic adenosine monophosphate,cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cyclic guanosine monophosphate,cGMP)、cAMP/cGMP、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(triiodothyronine,T3)、甲状腺素(thyroxine,T4)、总蛋白(total protein,TP)、白蛋白(albumin,ALB)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)含量变化。结果 与虚热模型组相比,紫锥菊组小鼠整体状态有一定程度改善,体质量、胸腺及脾脏指数明显改善(P<0.05),cAMP、cAMP/cGMP及T3、T4含量显著降低(P<0.05),TP、ALB、TC、TG含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与虚寒模型组相比,紫锥菊组小鼠整体状态无明显改善,胸腺及脾脏指数、cAMP、cAMP/cGMP、TP、ALB、TG含量变化无统计学意义(P>0.05),且体质量、T3、T4含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 本研究证明紫锥菊寒凉的中药药性。Objective To verify the cold and heat properties of the new exotic Chinese medicine Echinacea purpurea.Methods 110 mice were randomly divided into 11 groups, the namely blank group,the deficiency-heat model group, the deficiency-heat American ginseng group, the deficiency-heat Echinacea low-dose group, the deficiency-heat Echinacea medium-dose group, the deficiency-heat Echinacea high-dose group, the deficiency-cold model group, the deficiency ginseng group, the deficiency Echinacea low-dose group, the deficiency Echinacea medium-dose group, the deficiency Echinacea high-dose group, with 10 mice in each group. The mice in the deficiency-heat group were given 160 mg/kg of thyroid tablet solution, and the mice in the deficiency-cold group were given 25 mg/kg of hydrocortisone solution, once a day, for 14 consecutive days to prepare the models of deficiency-heat and deficiency-cold.The changes of cAMP, cGMP, cAMP/cGMP, T3, T4, TP, ALB, TC and TG in serum of mice in each group were detected.Results Compared with the asthenia-heat model group, the overall state, body weight, thymus and spleen indexes of the mice in the echinacea group were significantly improved(P<0. 05), the contents of cAMP and cAMP/cGMP were significantly decreased( P<0. 05), and the contents of T3 and T4 were significantly decreased(P<0. 05), and the contents of TP, ALB and TG were significantly increased(P<0. 05). Compared with the deficiency-cold model group, the overall state of the mice in the echinacea group did not improve significantly, and the thymus and spleen index, cAMP,cAMP/cGMP, TP, ALB, and TG contents did not change significantly(P>0. 05). The contents of T3 and T4 were significantly decreased(P<0. 05).Conclusion This research reveals the cold and cool traditional Chinese medicine properties of Echinacea purpurea.
