摘　　要：欧洲标准化委员会(CEN)和欧洲电工标准化委员会(CENELEC)近期发布了《CEN-CENELEC战略2030》,CEN-CENELEC将绿色化和数字化双转型作为本次战略规划的出发点,在《CEN-CENELEC战略2030》中给出了欧洲标准化工作的5大战略目标及其对应的11项具体工作重点。CEN-CENELEC的战略充分考虑标准化与社会新发展相结合,具有较好的前瞻性。本文从我国钢铁行业的视角分析其战略布局,分析了其对我国标准化工作具有借鉴价值的做法,在区域标准化、绿色低碳转型、标准数字化、宣传宣贯、国际标准化等方面给出了建议。European Committee for Standardization(CEN) and the European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization(CENELEC) have jointly issued the CEN-CENELEC Strategy 2030,which regards a twin digital and green transition as the basis and core of its standardization work in the next decade.The Strategy 2030 identifies 5 goals with 11 priorities for CEN and CENELEC’s standardization work.The Strategy 2030 is forward-looking and fully considers the combination of standardization and social development.This paper analyzes the strategy from the perspective of iron and steel industry,and analyzes the practices which can be adopted in our standardization work.Suggestions are given on regional standardization,green and low-carbon transformation,digitalization,publicity and implementation as well as international standardization.
