摘　　要：作为专门研究中国共产党执政全国以后的历史学科,新中国史研究不仅有着强大的学术功能,在发挥资政育人的社会功能方面也具有举足轻重的作用。新时代,新中国史叙事面临着新的重大使命,迫切需要构建一个符合自身发展属性的、与大国身份相适应的叙事体系。新中国史叙事体系的构建,需要着眼于中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的塑造,更需要面向历史、面向现实、面向未来,用中国的话语体系和叙事逻辑,讲好新中国故事。Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China more than 70 years ago, it has made great achievements that have attracted worldwide attention. It has made remarkable achievements in various fields such as economy, politics, culture and society, and has accumulated successful experience. As the history of New China moves forward, the research on the history of New China also shows a gratifying picture. Since the adoption of the Resolution on Certain Questions in the History of Our Party since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1981, it has guided the research on the history of New China and played a vital role in promoting the research on the history of New China. Entering the new era, the historic achievements that the Party and the country have made and historic changes we undergone put forward new requirements for the study of the history of New China. The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century passed in 2021, the third historical resolution passed in the history of the Party, provides new theoretical guidance and fundamental principles for the study of the history of New China. In order to further study and comprehend the spirit of the resolution, better promote the research on the history of New China, and promote the construction of the “three major systems” of the history of New China, Contemporary China History Studies invited scholars who have engaged in the field of New China history research and teaching for a long time, such as Yang Fengcheng, a professor at the School of Marxism Studies, Renmin University of China and a researcher of the Institute of Party History and Party Construction of the Communist Party of China, Zhu Hanguo, a professor at the School of History, Beijing Normal University, Song Xueqin, a professor at the School of Marxism Studies, Renmin University of China, a researcher at the Beijing Advanced Innovation Center for Teaching and Research
