摘　　要：毛泽东思想活的灵魂体现为实事求是、群众路线、独立自主三个基本方面。邓小平等老一辈革命家对毛泽东思想实质的阐释,为提炼毛泽东思想的活的灵魂奠定了重要基础。胡乔木在负责起草第二个历史决议的过程中,基于对毛泽东和毛泽东思想的深入了解,对党史、新中国史的深入了解,加之其自身深厚的马克思主义理论素养和文字功力,为提炼毛泽东思想的活的灵魂三个基本方面发挥了重要作用,做出了突出贡献。The living soul of Mao Zedong Thought is embodied in three basic aspects: seeking truth from facts, the mass line, and independence. The older generation of revolutionaries such as Deng Xiaoping’s interpretation of the essence of Mao Zedong Thought laid an important foundation for the refinement of the living soul of Mao Zedong Thought. In the process of drafting the second historical resolution, Hu Qiaomu, based on his in-depth understanding of Mao Zedong and Mao Zedong Thought, his in-depth understanding of the history of the Party and the history of New China, coupled with his own profound Marxist theoretical literacy and writing skills, played an important role and made outstanding contributions in refining the three basic aspects of the living soul of Mao Zedong Thought.
