摘　　要：中国经济新时代,推动经济高质量发展是遵循经济发展规律的必然要求。本文重点探讨人力财富对中国经济高质量发展的驱动影响。理论分析表明,人力财富分别通过积累效应、结构效应、生产力效应以及配置效应推动创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展和共享发展。人力财富通过知识积累和技术进步,促进经济高质量发展的产业结构升级和协同,进而改善收入分配差距。同时,人力财富对开放发展具有流向约束,而技术进口与人力财富结构高级化能够缓解该约束。本文构建动态面板模型证实了理论假说,并引入空间拓展模型,分析人力财富对经济高质量发展的溢出效应。In the new era of China’s economy,promoting high-quality economic development is an essential requirement to follow the laws of economic development.This article focuses on exploring the driving influence of human wealth on China’s high-quality economic development.Theoretical analysis shows that human wealth promotes four aspects of innovation,coordination,green,and sharing through four effects of accumulation,structure,productivity,and allocation,respectively.To be precise,human wealth has a synergistic effect on the industrial structure upgrade through the accumulation of knowledge and technological progress,thereby improving the income distribution disparity.At the same time,human wealth has a flow constraint on openness,but the technological imports and advanced human wealth structure will alleviate this constraint.Thus,this paper based on the dynamic panel model to confirm the theoretical hypothesis and introduces a space expansion model to analyze the spillover effect of human wealth on high-quality economic development.
