摘 要:目的优选头痛方的水提工艺。方法以共有峰主成分综合评分、4个主成分总含量、总固形物质量加权系数分别为0.3,0.4,0.3的总评分为评价指标,加水量、煎煮次数、煎煮时间为考察因素,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法优选头痛方水提工艺。结果优选的最佳水提工艺为加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1.0 h,验证试验表明该工艺可行。结论该水提工艺客观全面,能兼顾大部分成分种类与含量的变化情况,实现中药及其产品整个生产过程的质量控制、质量传递与质量追溯。Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Toutong Recipe.Methods The water extraction process of Toutong Recipe was optimized by the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test with the comprehensive score of common peak components,the total content of four principal components,the total score of total solid with weighting coefficient of 0.3,0.4,0.3 as the evaluation indexes,and with the amount of water addition,the decocting times,and the decocting time as the evaluation factors.Results The optimal water extraction process was as follows:adding eight times the amount of water,decocting three times,each time for 1.0 h.The verification test showed that the process was feasible.Conclusion The water extraction process is more objective and comprehensive,which can take into account the changes of most component types and contents,and realize the quality control,quality transmission and quality traceability of Chinese herbs and their products in the whole production process.
