摘　　要：目的建立快速鉴别养胃颗粒真伪的近红外漫反射光谱(NIRDRS)法。方法扫描范围为近红外全谱区(12000~4000 cm^(-1)),扫描次数为64次,分辨率为8 cm^(-1),以仪器内置背景为参比,采集23批养胃颗粒正品及2批伪品的光谱图。建立一致性检验模型,设定一致性指数(CI)值限度为5.00;建立相关系数模型,设定相关系数阈值为0.95,并验证模型准确性。结果一致性检验模型显示,正品CI值均小于5.00,伪品CI值均大于5.00;相关系数模型显示,正品间的相关系数均大于0.95,正品与伪品间的相关系数均小于0.95。结论NIRDRS法结合一致性检验模型、相关系数模型能快速准确地鉴别养胃颗粒的真伪。Objective To establish a near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(NIRDRS)method for rapid identification of Yangwei Granules.Methods The scanning range was near-infrared full spectrum(12000-4000 cm^(-1)),the scanning times were 64 times,and the resolution was 8 cm^(-1).The built-in background of the instrument was taken as a reference to collect the spectra of 23 batches of genuine Yangwei Granules and 2 batches of fake ones.The conformity test model was established and the limit of the consistency index(CI)was set at 5.00.The correlation coefficient model was established and the threshold value was set at 0.95.The accuracy of the two models was verified.Results The conformity test model showed that the CI value of genuine products was lower than 5.00,while that of fake products was higher than 5.00.The correlation coefficient model showed that the correlation coefficient among genuine products was higher than 0.95,while that between genuine and fake products was lower than 0.95.Conclusion NIRDRS method combined with the conformity test model and correlation coefficient model can quickly and accurately identify the authenticity of Yangwei Granules.
