摘　　要：目的探讨温经汤联合人工周期治疗(ACT)对卵巢储备功能减退(DOR)不孕的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年4月至2020年4月收治的DOR不孕患者116例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各58例。两组患者均接受ACT,试验组患者加予温经汤煎服。两组均连续治疗3个月。结果试验组总有效率为93.10%,显著高于对照组的84.48%(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后的卵泡刺激素、雌二醇水平及卵泡刺激素/黄体生成素均显著优于对照组;卵巢基质动脉搏动指数及阻力指数均显著低于对照组;子宫内膜血流类型为A型(内膜和内膜下可见血流信号)的比例显著高于对照组(31.03%比13.79%,P<0.05)。试验组治疗后1年内的妊娠成功率为65.52%,显著高于对照组的46.55%(P<0.05)。结论温经汤联合ACT治疗DOR不孕,可改善血清性激素水平,提高妊娠成功率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wenjing Decoction combined with artificial cycle therapy(ACT)in the treatment of infertility patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods A total of 116 infertility patients with DOR treated in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups received ACT,on this basis,the patients in the experimental group were treated with Wenjing Decoction.Both groups were continuously treated for three months.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.10%,which was significantly higher than 84.48%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)and follicle-stimulating hormone/luteinizing hormone(FSH/LH)in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,while the pulsation index(PI)and resistance index(RI)of the ovarian stromal artery in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of endometrial blood flow type A(blood flow signals could be found in the endometrium and under the endometrium)in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(31.03%vs.13.79%,P<0.05).The success rate of pregnancy in the experimental group within one year after treatment was 65.52%,which was significantly higher than 46.55% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing Decoction combined with ACT in the treatment of DOR infertility can improve the level of serum sex hormones and improve the success rate of pregnancy.
