近十年我国医生职业倦怠研究热点、前沿及测量工具分析

摘　　要：目的梳理十年来我国医生职业倦怠领域的研究热点和测量工具,为政策制定及进一步研究提供参考依据。方法运用CiteSpace知识图谱软件对中国知网(CNKI)期刊数据库2010年1月—2021年7月间有关医生职业倦怠的文献进行可视化分析。结果共纳入648篇医生职业倦怠相关文献。近十年间我国医生职业倦怠领域发文量大体呈上升趋势,2019年发文量达到92篇,核心期刊发文量较少,总体呈缓慢上升趋势。研究机构以高等教育机构为主,机构之间缺乏合作交流。关键词共现和聚类分析发现,住院医生等为该领域的关注群体;职业倦怠的影响因素、医患关系、心理健康是该领域的热点研究主题。测量工具方面,李超平翻译修订的MBI-GS和李永鑫根据国内文化背景编制的CMBI量表是国内使用广泛的汉化版职业倦怠量表。结论关注医生群体尤其是家庭医生等基层医务工作者的职业倦怠现状,拓宽影响因素和对策研究的层面,利用标准化测量工具提供医生职业倦怠的预警等,将为降低这一人群的职业倦怠、营造安全医疗环境提供依据。Objective The research hotspots and measurement tools in the field of professional burnout of Chinese physician in the past ten years are sorted out to provide a reference for policy formulation and further research.Methods CiteSpace knowledge map software was used to visually analyze the literatures about doctors'job burnout in Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 2010 to July 2021.Results A total of 648 literatures about doctors'job burnout were included.In recent ten years,the number of articles published in the field of doctors'job burnout generally showed an upward trend.In 2019,the number of articles published reached 92,and the number of articles published in core journals was always small,showing a slow upward trend.The knowledge map of research institutions shows that research institutions are mainly higher education institutions,and there is a lack of cooperation and exchange between institutions.Keywords co-occurrence and cluster analysis found that resident doctor,etc.are high-risk groups in this field;the influencing factors of job burnout,doctor-patient relationship,and mental health are hot research topics in this field.In terms of measurement tools,the MBI-GS translated and revised by Li Chaoping and the CMBI scale compiled by Li Yongxin based on the domestic cultural background are the widely used Chinese version of the job burnout scale in China.Conclusions Paying attention to the current situation of job burnout of doctors,especially family doctors and other grass-roots medical workers,broadening the research level of influencing factors and countermeasures,and using standardized measurement tools to provide early warning of job burnout of doctors will provide the basis for reducing job burnout of this group and creating a safe medical environment.
