摘　　要：中国油气钻井业务形成了三大石油集团油服公司主导、多家民营企业拓展壮大的竞争格局。各油服企业之间成本和效率存在巨大差异。国际油服公司在中国境内的业务为中国油服企业树立了技术与管理方面的标杆。国企油服公司主要得益于来自母公司自有市场的保障,民营油服公司的市场占有率不高,国际油服公司的高附加值业务占比较大。持续降本增效是未来钻井业务发展的必然趋势,数字化转型是助力钻井业务高质量发展的重要手段。随着油气勘探开发对象向深层、低渗透、非常规领域转移,中国钻井业务在管理机制、科技创新、技术服务等方面与规模有效勘探开发需求不适应的问题日趋突出。中国企业钻井业务发展存在面对复杂勘探开发对象的技术适应性有待提升、缺乏合理的共享共赢机制、钻井企业高附加值业务比例偏低等主要问题。建议完善科技研发与应用机制,在非常规油气项目中建立互利共赢发展模式,探索绿色低碳可持续发展模式。China’s oil and gas drilling business has formed a competitive pattern dominated by oil service companies of three major oil groups and developed by several private enterprises.There are huge differences in cost and efficiency among these companies.The presence of international service companies in China has set a benchmark for Chinese service companies in terms of technology and management,while state-owned oil service companies mainly benefit from the guarantee of their parent companies’ own markets.The market share of private oil service companies is not high and the high value-added business of international oil service companies is relatively large.Continuous cost reduction and efficiency increase is the inevitable trend of future development of drilling business and digital transformation is an key method to promote the high-quality development of drilling business.With the shift of oil and gas exploration and development objects to deep layer,low permeability,and unconventional areas,the problems that China’s drilling business does not adapt to the needs of effective exploration and development on management mechanism,scientific and technological innovation,technical services and other aspects have become increasingly prominent.Major problems exist in the development of drilling business of Chinese enterprises such as the need to improve the technical adaptability of complex exploration and development objects,the lack of reasonable sharing and win-win mechanism,and the low proportion of high value-added business of drilling enterprises.It is suggested that these companies should improve the mechanism of scientific and technological research,development,and application,establish a win-win development model in unconventional oil and gas,exploration and development,and explore a green,low-carbon,and sustainable development model.
